Questions About Pricing & Billing

What payment methods do you accept?

We partner with Stripe, Creem, and NowPayments to offer dozens of global payment options including credit/debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Alipay, WeChat Pay, and cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, etc.).

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. All payments are processed through PCI-compliant payment providers (Stripe, Creem, NowPayments). We never store your card details on our servers. Your financial information is encrypted and handled securely by industry-leading payment processors.

What currency are prices displayed in?

All prices are displayed in USD. However, you can pay using any currency — our payment processors automatically handle the conversion at current exchange rates.

Can I get an invoice? What about taxes?

Yes, invoices are available through your billing dashboard. If you encounter taxes during Creem checkout and don't need an invoice, you can select a different region to reduce taxes, or switch to Stripe or crypto payments. For special invoice requirements, contact us at [email protected].

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, we offer refunds under certain conditions. Please review our refund policy at the refund page for eligibility requirements. If you qualify, contact our support team to process your request.

Can I switch between plans?

Direct plan switching isn't available in the system yet, but there's no limit on subscriptions. To upgrade (e.g., Basic to Standard), simply purchase the new plan and cancel the old one from your billing page. Note: This resets your current subscription credits, so we recommend using them up before switching.

How do I cancel? What happens to my credits?

You can cancel anytime from your Billing page — no questions asked. After cancellation, your credits remain valid and usable until the end of your current billing period. You won't be charged again.

Will my subscription auto-renew?

Yes, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly) unless you cancel. You'll receive a reminder email before renewal. Cancel anytime from your Billing page to stop future charges.

Do unused credits roll over?

Subscription credits do not roll over — unused credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. One-time credit packs are valid for 1 year from purchase, giving you flexibility to use them at your own pace.

Can I purchase additional credits?

Yes! You can buy one-time credit packs anytime to supplement your subscription. Alternatively, consider upgrading to a higher plan for more monthly credits. We recommend annual subscriptions for the best value — up to 35% savings plus exclusive benefits.

What is Auto Top Up and how does it work?

Auto Top Up automatically purchases credits when your balance falls below a threshold you set — so you never run out during important projects. Set it up in Settings → Billing: add your card via Stripe (PCI Level 1 certified, your card info never touches our servers), choose a credit package, set your threshold, and toggle it on. You can change settings or disable it anytime. You'll receive email confirmation for every automatic purchase.

Can I use generated content for commercial purposes?

Annual subscribers can use generated content commercially and apply for a commercial license. This covers marketing materials, client projects, social media content, and more. Contact us if you need specific licensing documentation.

Is there a free trial?

Yes! New users receive free credits to explore the platform. Plus, daily login rewards give you additional free credits every day. It's a great way to test our features before committing to a plan.

Do you offer team or enterprise plans?
